OUR POLICIES


Booking Policy

We only accept credit cards as a form of payment. A travel fee may applies to all bookings and must be charged as a form of deposit to confirm the booking. All our services will include an additional 20% gratuity. If you would like to adjust the gratuity, percentage please let us know.
A credit card authorization form is required to secure a booking. A form via DocuSign will be sent to the client and a file be created a on our Square system. A Health Form will be sent to new clients to fill out prior to the appointment. We do not recommend gel polish on individuals under 16 years old unless with approval of the parent or guardian. We cannot provide services to patients in hospitals or hospices.

EVENTS
Corporate event bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit. The balance will be due the day after the event. The event can be rescheduled 5 business days prior to original booking date without penalties. All events have a 3 hour minimum booking.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the full amount of services booked. Champagne tastings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event will be charged a $150 fee. Travel fees are non-refundable for bookings cancelled less than 5 business days.

SERVICES
All of our manicures are dry (no soaking). There is a minimum of 2 nail services per booking with 1 nail technician. Express/mini nail services are available upon request. Please inquire for pricing. We are unable to remove any ingrown nails. If a client has a fungus or wart, we won’t be able to provide the service. If you would like a service outdoors, this has to be requested during booking. The area must be shaded with access to water. If it is too hot or uncomfortable for the nail technicians to provide the service, they will have to relocate indoors. For all hair appointments please have your hair freshly washed, air dried if possible and with no products.

OUR TEAM

We have a team of certified beauty professionals. In addition to having sanitized and one-time use nail tools, we will have 70% alcohol spray, sanitizer, alcohol wipes and disposable gloves. We require to use running water to wash our hands before and after the services. We will not be able to provide services in spaces that we do not find sanitary.

  • Manicure - towels, table and chairs, power and water source in a well-lit area.

  • Pedicure - towels, chair or sofa, power and water source in a well-lit area.

  • Lashes - sofa or bed and water source in a well-lit area.

  • Makeup & Hair - table and chair in a well-lit area.
