Our POlicies

    • We accept credit cards and EFT’s as a form of payment.

    • All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

    • All activations require a minimum booking of 3 hours.

    • A 30% surcharge is added to late night from 9PM.

    • Specific polish colours, nail art, oils or lotions we do not carry will be additional.

    • The balance will be due the day after the event.

    • We do not provide any furniture.

    • We only accept credit cards as a form of payment.

    • A travel fee applies and must be charged as a form of deposit to confirm the booking.

    • A credit card authorization form is required to secure a group booking and a file be created on our Square system.

    • A Health Form will be sent to new clients to fill out prior to the appointment.

    • We do not recommend gel polish on individuals under 16 years old unless with approval of the parent or guardian.

    • An automatic 18% gratuity will apply for all full service bookings.

    • We do not provide any furniture.

    • All activations require a minimum booking of 3 hours.

    • For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event, the balance will be charged.

    • Champagnes are non-refundable.

    • Travel fees are non-refundable.

    • All of our manicures are dry (no soaking).

    • For full nail services, there is a minimum of 6 nail services per booking.

    • Hair and makeup services has a minimum of 4 services per booking.

    • We are unable to remove any ingrown nails. If a client has a fungus or wart, we won’t be able to provide the service.

    • If you would like a service outdoors, this has to be requested during booking. The area must be shaded with access to water.

    • If it is too hot or uncomfortable for the nail technicians to provide the service, they will have to relocate indoors.

    • We do not provide hair washing. For all hair appointments please have your hair freshly washed, air dried if possible and with no products.

    • We travel all over the GTA and beyond.

    • Travel Fees vary depending on location and parking fees starting at $20 per team member.

  • What we require to provide your services on-site:

    • Manicure - table and chairs, power and water source in a well-lit area.

    • Pedicure - chair or sofa, towel, power and water source in a well-lit area.

    • Lashes - sofa or bed and water source in a well-lit area

    • Makeup - a chair, water source and power source

    • Hair - a chair, water source and power source

    • Chair Massage -garbage can and table
